The staff was attentive and provided helpful information. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and comfortable. The pool was refreshing after a hot day. Bikes were a fun bonus for exploring. Take collectivos to nearby areas if no car. Not directly on the beach, but beach-front bar had great amenities.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always available to help. The food was amazing, with a local flavor that added to the experience. The facilities were great, with a beautiful pool that was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. We also enjoyed the beach-front bar, with cabanas, hammocks, and lounge chairs. One advantage was the availability of bikes, which allowed us to explore the area and made our holiday more nice. the hotel had a peaceful and serene ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
One downside of our stay was the difficulty of getting taxi service if you don't have a car. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide more options for transportation without cars.
